All courses must be canceled 7 days prior to the booked time, with the exception of the following courses:
Marbella Golf – Rio Real – La Quinta. San Roque – Sotogrande – La Cala
These courses must be canceled 15 days before the booked time.
Cancellation of Valderrama must be made 1 month before the booked time.
Any cancellations made during the permitted period will incur an administration fee of 6€.
Anyone who chooses to cancel after the permitted cancellation period will be charged the full price per Green Fee.
Anyone who chooses to be absent from the booked time will be charged the full price for the Green fee.

Cancellations and refunds on rainy days require a stamp and confirmation from the Caddy Master of “too much rain to play” on your BRIAN NIELSEN GOLF voucher.
Marbella Golf and Rio Real have a strict policy regarding course closures due to rain and lightning.
Golf insurance is usually not included and must be paid directly to the Caddy Master approx. 2 euros.
